This game has been over run by hackers and moders alike. It is very common to have a hacker on almost every match you play. At least that's how it is for me. and i was just wondering if anyone else thinks it has been too.

I have World at War and MW2 but I see the same issue.
Apparently Infinity Ward is blaming Sony for the issue and Sony is taking no blame.
I see no fix in the foreseeable future.
